WE DO staff training
As part of their extensive portfolio of staff training tools, Crowne Plaza invited us to design and produce a series of flash cards for use by their front desk hotel teams when welcoming guests and making their stay as pleasurable and enriching as possible. The elegant simplicity of the design complemented the short and snappy tips and hints for a better quality service to deliver guaranteed customer satisfaction. The modest size of the cards enabled staff to deliver effortless service without the customer even being aware they were using them.
